Open Collaboration Practices

Since Open Knowledge Finland is a network organization and most of our activities are not centrally directed, in addition to promoting Open Knowledge we eat our own dog food and practice Open Collaboration.

By Open Collaboration we mean self-management in a manner that is transparent, participatory and still sufficiently efficient.

When Face-to-Face or Online we try to use a bunch of open practices we’ve invented ourselves or borrowed from Agile, Lean, Sociocracy, Dialogue and a bunch of other sources to help us collaborate better.
